Connected Email Accounts

Connect your external email accounts to bring all your messages into one inbox. Set one as Default — it’ll be pre-selected when composing new emails.

Email Deletion

Choose whether deleting an email here also removes it from your email provider (Gmail, Outlook, or IMAP). When disabled, emails are only removed locally.

When enabled, deleting or trashing an email will also move it to Trash on the provider (Gmail, Outlook, IMAP).

Email Signatures

Create signatures to automatically append to your emails. Assign a default signature per account, or choose one when composing.

Include signature on forwards
Automatically add your signature when forwarding
Choose where the signature appears in replies and forwards

Workflow Settings

Configure how workflow states behave. Emails set to Waiting automatically transition to Follow Up after a set number of days.
